The steering wheel is finally correct. There wasn't enough time to wrap it in leather before the show. Thank you daytona-mag.com for the last 3 photos.

Dear friend, how are you doing. I`m from Brazil, and i whrite in automotive magazine. We like to make an article about your car. Do you have any interest for this? If you have, please send for me the specifications of the car, and the history of the project. Regards, Rodolfo Parisi (rodolfoparisi69@hotmail.com)
Your car has been shown on french TV 6th channel (M6)during the weekly prog named "M6 Turbo " ,about the last SEMA SHOW...perhaps more views of SEMA SHOW next week on this same channel...when I say than FRANCE rather like your rod !
The interior design in fiberglass is frightening very bad!

The interior is metal not fiberglass. The only fiberglass on the whole car is the original roof.
I used the 19 nose because I like it better than the 21 and 23 nose. I think the high lamps add balance to the low nose and accentuate the overall downward slope towards the rear of the car.
I look forward to seeing what type of car you build using your industrial design education. I am sure you have learned that there is no single design that pleases everyone. I thought it was best to in this case to please myself.
Real stunning car in fact ! 'Hope to read about it on Rod & Custom magazine soon ! I'm a french hot rod addict since my teenage days, currently building a steel Brookville bodied 32 Ford roadster, and my father is a Citroën guy ...since before my birth ! Each time we talk about cars I tell him : yes, the Citroen DS was a really beautifully shaped car, but the engineering and powerplant are shit, and then I tell him it would be the best car ever if fitted with a good efficient american V8 and Rear Wheel Drive and so on... Now it's done !!!!
Huges congratulations to you for this GREAT hot rod job
It's truly an amazing car you've built! In Sweden where I'm from people tend to think you've violated the car by doing this kind of rebuild - but I'm not one of them. I'm born with hydraulic fluid in my vains since my father runs a Citroën auto-shop and I've been riding Citroën's since before I was born. For my own spare time I'm tuning a Citroën BX 16 valve from 1990 (maybe not a car you familiar with in the US), not to the extent of your rebuild but anyway... You can check it out here: http://www.rottnemotorverkstad.se/juttu
If you're planning to ever come to Sweden you should come this summer. There's going to be a world-meeting for Citroën-adicts in late July, which I'm participating in. Citroëns and their owners from all around the globe will gather for a 5-day festival. Reed more here: http://www.2cv2007.se
vraiment une trés belle réalisation. La ligne de la voiture est restée d'origine, on peut regretter qu'elle soit un peu basse. Bravo c'est une magnifique travail qui reste relativement sobre pour du "tuning". Pierre from Paris.
What an incredible car...!!!!.., your project has been in my brain for over 15 years....!!!!.., now I have yours to follow and try to use it as a guide. I heard about the car in a canadian TV car show, its host said it was the pinnacle of the SEMA show, I just found your site two days ago....and I am yet to go to sleep...!!!! Congratulations....and enjoy it...!!!! Alberto.

Quite nice, except that the original is a real beauty and this car is not up it.
